Local numbers for Germany, Spain, and other European countries are coming soon. We're actively working on expanding our number coverage so your customers can call at local rates. In the meantime, you can use your existing business number with call forwarding — it takes just 2 minutes to set up.

Level 1 is voicemail — Heilo captures missed calls on your current number. Level 2 is invite to record — you record selected calls by inviting Heilo in as a third participant. Level 3 is the call assistant — a dedicated business number where every call, inbound and outbound, is recorded and analysed automatically. All levels are included in one subscription.
You talk normally on your own phone and, during the call, add the Heilo number like a third conference participant. From that moment the call is recorded, and once it ends you get the transcript and agreements like for any other call. Works with any phone, no app to install.
No. Levels 1 and 2 work with your current number — just forward missed calls or invite Heilo into a call. The dedicated business number (level 3) is for companies that want every call recorded automatically — you can order it self-serve in the dashboard.
